Privacy Policy
What this site collects when you write to me, what I do with it, how long I keep it, and how to have it deleted. Short version: almost nothing, and only if you choose to send it.
1. Who is responsible
This site is written and published by Jadoua Benseghir, individual publisher, Casablanca, Morocco. Anything you send through the contact form reaches me and no one else.
What follows is a description of how I actually handle it — undertakings I am making to you, not a recital of any particular statute.

2. The short version
- The Site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking scripts of any kind.
- Nothing is collected when you simply read the Site, beyond the technical logs any web server keeps.
- Personal data is collected only when you choose to fill in the contact form.
- Your data is never sold, rented or used for marketing.
3. What is collected, and why
When you browse
The Site sets no cookies, and there is no analytics tool, no advertising pixel and no tracking script of any kind. No consent banner is needed because there is nothing to consent to.
Reading the Site contacts no third party at all. Even the typefaces are served from this domain rather than from Google Fonts, so no other company learns that you visited. The single exception is the contact page, which loads Cloudflare's Turnstile anti-spam check — and only that page.
The hosting provider processes technical data automatically as part of serving and protecting the Site: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, your browser type and general country. This is used only to deliver pages, block attacks and keep the service running. It is not used to identify or profile visitors.
When you use a form

The form also carries anti-spam protection: a hidden field that only an automated bot fills in, a timing check, and a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge. Messages that fail these are discarded and nothing is sent.
Why: to read your message and reply to it. Nothing else. Nothing is collected at all unless you choose to fill in the form and send it.
Please do not send confidential, privileged or specially sensitive personal data (health, religion, criminal proceedings, political or trade-union membership) through this form.
4. Who processes it
Your form data passes through, and is stored by, the following providers acting on the author’s behalf:

No one else receives your data. It is not shared with advertisers, data brokers or any third party for their own purposes.
All three are established outside Morocco, so what you send is stored and processed abroad. Each is bound by its own contractual data-protection commitments, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where those apply.
Data may be disclosed if a competent authority or a court requires it by law.
5. How long it is kept
- Messages: kept while the exchange is live and for up to 2 years after the last contact, then deleted.
- Stored copy of your message: a copy is kept in Cloudflare's key-value store, alongside your IP address, so that email is a notification rather than the only record. It expires automatically after 2 years.
- Server logs: kept by the hosting provider for a short technical period under its own retention rules.
6. What you can ask me to do
Write to me and I will, without asking why: tell you exactly what I hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, send you a copy, or delete it outright. You do not need to give a reason, and deletion means deletion — from the mailbox and from the stored copy alike.
If you are in the European Union you may also have rights under the GDPR. The same address reaches me, and the answer will be the same.
To exercise any of these, write to [email protected] with enough detail to identify your data. You will receive a reply within 30 days.
If you ask and are not satisfied with the answer, say so and I will look at it again. Readers in the European Union may also raise the matter with their national data protection authority.
7. Security
Form data is transmitted over HTTPS and handled by the providers listed above under their own security measures. No system is perfectly secure; you send data over the internet at your own risk, which is why sensitive material should not go through the forms.
8. Children
The Site is aimed at legal professionals, researchers and organisations. It is not directed at children, and no data is knowingly collected from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown above.
